15-Minute Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Air fryer salmon bites are a quick 15-minute seafood recipe with lightly crisp edges, a moist flaky center, and bold smoky seasoning. Cutting salmon into cubes increases the surface area, so every bite gets more seasoning and cooks quickly.

Serve them as an appetizer with remoulade or turn them into dinner with rice and vegetables. For another salmon meal, try our blackened salmon tacos.

Why Salmon Bites Cook So Fast

Uniform 1-inch cubes cook from the outside in very quickly. Keeping the pieces separated in the air-fryer basket gives the hot air room to circulate so the surfaces brown rather than steam.

How to Make Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Remove the skin if needed, cut the salmon into equal-size cubes, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, then air fry at 350°F for about 6–7 minutes, tossing once.

Easy Remoulade Sauce

Mix mayonnaise with Dijon, lemon, paprika, pickle relish, and a small amount of hot sauce. Make the sauce ahead if possible so the flavors have time to blend.

Serving Ideas

Add the salmon bites to rice bowls, salads, wraps, or grain bowls. A drizzle of hot honey is also excellent if you like sweet heat.
